Our Story
Homebuilding across the GTA
The portfolio expanded through the 1980s, and the family moved into residential construction — building numerous homes, including custom residences, throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
Frank joins the business
Frank Romano started in property management, then completed his electrical apprenticeship through Romano Electric and expanded the company into municipal and government-supported housing — more than 2,000 unit refurbishments across Ontario.
Commercial development
Two sites on the Yonge Street corridor: a four-storey medical centre in East Gwillimbury and an EV sales and service centre in Richmond Hill.
